This is a DS1302 real-time clock driver.

It is moved from arch/m32r/drivers/, has been originally taken from
arch/cris/arch-v10/drivers/ds1302.c.

Currently, this driver supports only m32r target boards.  Maybe some work will
be required to support other target.
