         switchover may cause temporary disruption of control communications to
         the other chassis while the rebooting CPM comes back into service.

         [RECOVERY] Ensure that all CPM interconnect ports in the system are

         tmnxSfmIcPortDegradeState is degraded. This may not be causing any
         impact to service because of redundancy in the fabric.
